Some items are missing from my order. What happened?
Our products are shipped separately depending on the order. If your order contains products from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of your order will surely arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item at ziralife.team@gmail.com, and we’ll send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their items. However, if you would still like a refund for your order, we can of course issue one, provided that the request is submitted within 30 days of the order date and the products are not on sale.
